4l60E W/ stall $150

Im selling a 4l60E w/ a custom 3000 stall. It flashes up to 2500 to 3000,but only brake stalls to 2200.
After I installed the the convertor the tranny started not shifting out of first gear at full throttel. I could lift and floor it agin and would shift to 2nd. If I would drive normal it would shift fine. May need a rebuild, new stall or something else.
