Yes it is. It needs to be completed though. The bed is cut and the tubs tacked in. There is a fuel cell in the bed also. If I had the money I'd buy it but I have 2 projects as it is. The truck looks pretty tough in person. The pictures don't do it much good. With the hood aligned, roll pan installed and the truck painted black again it would be sweet! He has an 84 SWB tubbed and shaved with a 468 in it also. It would make a good project truck also.
