Finally getting some money I can spend on the truck, starting with a shift kit, servos and bigger cooler. Planning on the new FAST truck intake, TB, ud pulleys, headers and nelson tune. Thinking about a tr220 on a 112 for the cam. Would I be better off with single or double springs and 7.4 pushrods? whats my best bet for a converter? :doofus:
ide go with a custom grind cam...talk to allen on that..then a circle d stall.

Depends on how radical u want your cam to be. For instance I have a very large cam for a 4.8 (224/228 581/588 on a 112) so I stalled it to match (3600) and for a 4.8 it runs pretty good.
with a 4.8. i would do 4K no less. rock a 228/230 cam, run 456 gears
this will deffently rock with a 4.8
double springs for sure. plan to spin motor 7200 rpms and youll be a rocket
