Does anybody here use the pacesetter shorties? I bought a pair on ebay the other day. They were cheap. Just curious on any hp improvents. Do they change the exhaust tone at all?

you wont see improvements. tone might change
I currently have them on mine, It'll make your exhaust a little deeper and more throaty...I didn't notice any improvement in power. I'm going to buy a set of longtubes though, because that's what 99% of the guys on here will tell you to go with from experience.
I guess it really dosen't matter anymore. I got screwed on ebay. I've been trying to contact him sence Saturday. Nothing! Have to file a claim on paypal.:ugh2:
that sucks man...I don't know what the guy wanted for them, but if you still want shorties I got mine through summitracing for like $130 I think (give or take a few) but if you want longtubes go to new era performance's website they got the set for $259...it's black painted, but you can always spray them with the high temp paint ceramic color. I did on my shorties and they look b.a! Hope you get your money back though.
Getting my money back.. woo hoo Screw the shorties getting long tubes. Has anybody modified there stock Y pipe to acomidate the long tubes.:hyper2:

yeah just get a tuner to turn it off. it wont be THAT loud
Will it hurt to run with the light on? What do you do just unclip the sensor?
