anyone know 1) how much pressure the fuel system can handle?
2) a link or part number to the aeromotive regulator for return style?

80 is alot.... it can "handle it" but changes alot in the tune..... and hard on the pump.. and you have no reason to run that so yes get that under control

Lot of guys are running vette filters.... why is he having a problem? Anyone think the filter may just be bad? It's a brand new wix...
Vette filter is setup for stock pumps. Increasing pimp size changes fuel pressure.
im running a vette filter with a walbro 255 and it stays at 60psi
plumbed incorrectly? 3/8" side should be from the pump and 5/16" is return to the tank.
I have 3/8 on the top line...and 5/16 on the bottom. Which went to the 3/8 and 5/16 on the original rail. I read somewhere that the vette filter uses the larger size for return, but was told different last week when we put it on. I guess it wouldn't hurt to flip the filter around and see what happens...if not we can try a different filter.
