So who wants to take a couple Canadians for a little hog hunt? Something my brother's always wanted to do. Figured while we're down there, get 2 birds stoned at once. I've figured out the legal way to get our guns across the border, just need a place to go. Plus I REALLY wanna see what one of my teeth rattling, reverse the worlds rotation a quarter turn 45/70 handloads do to one of them things.
A friend of mine has a 45/70 pistol.... Fun stuff!

Dad has a Tarus Judge...shoots .45 and 410 shotgun rounds. He put a dove down with it this year.
I know there's gonna be a whole caravan of us coming from Cedar Park/Leander coming. I was pissed I couldn't make it last year. especially after I saw so many bowties being trailered or running in huge packs down I-35 :argg: but this year I will tell my boss to shove it if I have to. Hopefully my POS 4.3 will be quicker than 18 seconds. :sigh: I'm hoping to have the fender/hood/grill/heavy bumper fixed by then. But if not, I'm running it anyway :lol:
