I ran new fuel lines If your fuel lines will handle the flow and pressure I'm sure you could reuse your fuel lines. I think 3/8" is the minimum size.

If it's going in the 94 truck you will have no problems using most of the original fuel line. I cut mine at the stock fuel filter and used the C5 fuel filter from WIX spliced in right there. Bought all the fuel connectors at PEP Boys. I then ran fuel injection rubber hose from the filter to the injectors. The filter has a built in fuel pressure regulator, also.
got a picture or link to this filter........

UPDATE:
I have found an perfect ls1 engine combo and the guy says it all complete etc. However he said that the guy who pulled the engine cut the ecu harness off at the plug-ins......see below attachment:
"engine and trans have ALL accessories Nothing is missing, except, The moron that pulled the
engine for me cut the ECM plug off, it is not there. everything else is."
how much of a pita is it to try and repair this......is it worth buying and then having to pay an additional 1000.00 for a drive by wire hareness from S&P :whack:
Well heres an update. I have yet to install or even purchase an ls1. Reason being is I fixed my really bad hesitation problem (94 GMC Sierra 4.3L) and am now getting 28+ miles to the gallon...go figure. With 87 octane hovering at 2.39/gal im gonna keep the "LIL V-6" till it dies.
Well for those who are wondering, this is what I did. The engine was running so piss poor I decided I would make up some "home-brew" injection cleaner and see if it would help matters at all. The worst that could happen was I blow the engine and start the ls1 swap the next weekend..no biggie. The truck would spit/sputter under any type of acceleration especially WOT..
With a dead empty tank I dropped the following in the tank.
2 gallons of xylene
2 gallons of 100 octane
2 16 oz. cans of seafoam
1 32 oz bottle of marvel mystery oil
4 oz of dish washing liquid
At first I could barely get the truck to start and when it finally did it ran like crap..I mean worse than before. After a few moments I creeped it out to the interstate and nailed it. The truck made the most gawd awful sound and Ka-Boom....it shut down. I limped it to the shoulder and checked everything. Nothing out of the ordinary. Started her back up and she ran like a champ. NO PROBLEMS what so ever. The truck has excellent power through out th entire power band. JUst thought I'd post in case some peeps wondered what was up.
Glad to hear you got it fixed bro. When you get ready to buy an LS1, give me hollar and I'll put you in conact with a friend who's legit. I almost bought the same LS1 you were bidding on but backed out after looking at the picture and noticing it was a 2000. The poor guy that he had a 2001.
I'm driving a Nissan 240SX Super Hicas while I'm making my swap and it sure has helped me out with the price of gas. Good luck
Damn Lance, driving that Nissan will probably save you enough on gas to pay for the conversion. Too bad you have to duck down in the seat and wear dark glasses so nobody recognises you.
I heard that! You're right, my wallet is getting bigger  and my ego is getting smaller!
yeah, when i heard it wA A 2000 I kinda got fishy with the whole deal and decided to let it slide......
