Off topic but there used to be an older beater HardBody roaming Mexico that had a turbo 300Z transplant but the body and wheels were all stock and beat up. It was pretty fast in a straight line. Anyone remember it?
Frames are kinda week though. Nothin a really nice roll cage wont take care of.
on what GasGuzzler was saying reminds me of a early 90's 2WD toyota tacoma that I saw with the 2jz supra swap in it. was a cool truck.
I dont want the tires sticking out. I want the truck pretty level with the 325/50's under the fenders. I am widening the 15x7 '98 6 spoke Frontier wheels to hold the tires. All the extra width will be to the inside.
Okay, finally getting going. Here is the first item.
370 iron block. Coated Mahle pistons, balanced, good rings, etc. Stock crank.

Purdy!!
I need to do a little paint work to make it nice, but what matters is all there.
I didnt have a new core obviously. lol
Cool, a seasoned block is better anyway. :thumb:
I like salt and pepper too!
