I have not had the HHO on since the cam swap. Testing new gas mileage. And I had to rebuild thanx to a bone head kid who ripped it out by accident.
I dont know what it is guys. It runs fine. coolant appears to be fine. temp dropped from about 80* down to *42 last night. when I checked it.
Ok, well that is weird. It looks like ice cream. I have seen milky oil before and that is not what it looks like LOL. Did you ever figure out why your plugs were soaked with oil? Maybe this oil has gas in it or something.
how is the coolant level holding up? Are you adding or losing any?
Head gasket leaking? Probably under wot only.

coolant appears to be at a constant level. Oil problem was the pcv dumping into the intake. The same build up in the oil fill is also on the breather filter, but in a small amount. Should I just change the oil, and see what happens?

Do you make a lot of really short trips?
did you just notice this or have you looked there before and never saw the sludge? I keep coming back to the way most HHO kits are plumbed, just a solid influx of HHO output no matter what the throttle position. Personally I think running a hose from the HHO system directly into the manifold is bad news because once you shut the engine off its still putting humidity into the intake and there is a hose running from the intake straight into the engine, forcing stuff in there that was never designed to run in an engine. I think the HHO should come into the intake tube before the TB and thats the only place. Any excess stuff can be vented to the atmosphere when not under throttle or engine running.
HHO was plumbed into the Cold air tube, about half way between the throttle body and the MAF. But like I said, I the HHO has been removed for testing and repair since the cam swap. I never noticed the buildup before. And every since I put the cam in I keep running into stupid problems. This one is recent. I cant say how long after I put the cam in, that the build up started. Honestly, I never look inside the filler. I just check the dipstick. The milky dipstick is for sure a recent problem. I noticed the waxy build up on the new pcv filter started right after I put the filters on the pcv, and had to add about 1.5-2 quarts of oil. does oil expire?Quote:
