Dude that sucks bad! All us Texas guys keep a lookout, i wouldnt doubt if it was in texas headed to mexico or something.
bad thing was that i had been putting it all back together and was going to get off early friday to take it to the ins lady and get insurance on it. next time i will get some type of ins as i am working on it anything would have been better than nothing! and it will have a tracking device on it, as well as my driveway now has cameras on it, at least then I will see who takes it!! thank for all your replys.
that is fu*cked up!! i would go ballistic if that happened to me.
If you have home owners insurance it may cover the truck.
I know mine will cover up to $6,000 of anything stolen.

should get some kind of locating device and install on all of your veh, that way at least would be able to recover the veh and maybe catch them in it! would love to catch them in it!!!!!!!!!!!!! we have had a problem here of them taking old heavy veh and selling them to the crusher i sure hope that is not what happen,
didnt ever find my truck, but have purchased a 87 K5 blazer, will pick up my 5.3 tomorrow and start over, but this one is going to be a whole lot harder for them to steal!!!!!
Did you have any anti-theft devices in the 83? If not, I would suggest installing some simple devices to prevent losing another.Quote:
