:whack: Hey guys, Luke here again. I just registered 2day and have been browsing the site for hours, Nice Site! But one thing confuses me why arent there very many single cab guys here, I mean, I thought the object in racing was less weight =better time, I am well aware of the traction issues, but there are solutions. Just curious and sorry if I have offended anyone.

none taken.. i guess thats just the way it is. we arent anti- single cab. i suppose we jus like the extra space. help me out here guys..

You could look at it this way. Anything can haul ass with a Turbo or Supercharger :nx: . And alot of the guys on here have one of them, or have a ton of mods. Sadly I dont yet  I dont know if its true or not, but my friend has a reg cab and his VIN tag says his gross weight is just like 400 under mins. And his is a reg cab V6. Thats not a hell of a dif. But who knows....
Welcome to the Site!

When you have 2 kids and an attachment.. I mean WIFE you need more than a bench according to the law and my wife...
Seriously, It is fun to watch the face of people when you get a 5000# brick to move like we make them move. :burnout: :burnout:
GM made mine a sleeper, I kept it quiet on the show and faster on the go
Enjoy

Yeah, if all it was about is going fast we'd all be driving tiny cars with big engine reminescent of Bid Daddy Roth cartoon caracatures.

I think it is just about making them faster! Faster than what? Not everyone wants a mustang or camaro. We deal with the extra weight so we can have comfort, extra room, towing ect.

Not to mention the fact that we like the fuel mileage on top of the HP. How many guys can say they have a 70-90s vehicle that gets 17+ MPG and has over 300 HP?
-
or a '05 that weighs over 5500#'s and gets 21mpg and has over 400 hp :burnout:
