you using? fbody or corvette?
what trans?
if youll try to keep the chassis wiring seperate from the engine youll be alot
happier if you are doing the project.. other than that getting the right harness
and tuning will make it easy...
ive done my own swap it it runs and drives
airdeano
If you don't mind doing this yourself, I can get you a nice harness that will install very easily!
It requires: ground, battery and ignition.
here are some pics.

farmtruc, how much does one of those harnesses cost, and how long of a lead time are we talking? Where does it put the ECU? I'm gonna be doing the swap into a 95 RCSB soon, and am very interested. Will this allow us 95'ers to use our stock gauges?
jada, where in ATL are you? I'm up in G'ville, SC. Didn't know if I might be able to see the finished product when you get it up and running...
thanks,
David

The harness is $550 and it will be the easiest install you'll ever perform. Plus it will be show quality. The harness will blend in so well, most ppl won't notice it until they actually start looking closer. It blends in very well.
We can custom cut the wire any length, so if you want it 4ft and bolt the pcm on the fenderwell we can do that, or 8ft inside the cab.
We need about a week to get the harness out to you, usually because there is some custom work done to them.
thanks,
allen
F-body tb and a automatic 4l60e
I'd suggest an fbody harness and a 2002 fbody pcm.Quote:

I second that call for a 2002 PCM and harness :thumb:
Your conversion is nothing more than stripping all the engine harness out of the original wiring and then splicing Allen's into an existing switched power lead. It's so simple to add it into your existing harness.
Ok will do it sounds pretty simple, so i going to order the harness and do it myself. thanks a lot guys!!!!!!!!
