Question: 92 k1500 LQ9 nv3500 and throw out bearing part#

When I did my swap I used the Sachs 1050 flywheel, 90's model clutch, Napa pilot bearing 6302-vsp43, and the stock 90's model throw out bearing that came with the clutch kit(oreilly's part #614083 I believe). My two friends that did an LS swap into a 90's model with nv3500 also used the stock 90's model throw out bearing. Why does most of the research I do suggest the 1377c throw out bearing? It that needed if you don't use the setback motor mounts or something? Just trying to clear up some confusion on what the difference is and any help is greatly appreciated.

Would like to know this also. Seems like the stock throw out bearing will work.
