1991 Silverado Regular Cab Short Bed K1500 4x4 Melbourne Florida

Hello,
I have been looking at this site for awhile and finally decided to join. Great information here, and a lot of support is evident. I have a 1991 RCSB Silverado 4 wheel drive with 5.7L. I bought an LQ9/4L60 from an 06 Escalade for my 1984 Monte Carlo SS project, but decided (read wife) to combine my performance toy goals with my truck needs in order to combine two interests into one vehicle. I am commuting to work and need a high mileage daily driver, probably Honda or something. Wife says two vehicles only. I plan to sell the Monte. I will post to the LSx conversion forum with questions relative to whether selling the 4x4 and buying a 2 WD to convert, or building an All wheel Drive out of the 91 K 1500 Siverado is appropriate.
