Which stall for my cam?

newb ? i have a 224/230 .581 .591 112lsa cam in my 5.3 and was wondering what a good stall would be going through a 4l60e? any info will help Thanks Guys!

i have the same cam but a .588 lift not a .591, i ran a 3600 in my 60e when i had one and it did very well.

you wanna pick the right stall? get the truck dynoed and see where the torque comes in and peaks the you can either go half way with it or 3/4s ;)
