I destroyed the 4l60e.
The local trans shop (very good technicians but not experienced in this conversion) installed a 4l80e from Coan trans.
The speedometer registers at approximately 1/2 the actual speed... i.e. 30mph showing on the speedometer is actually 60 mph. I don't know how to correct this.
