95 tbi to 98 vortec swap

Ok so here it is.
I have a 98 Z71 single cab short box. Over the past few years the body has gotten real rough. The body mounts under the cab rusted out and pushed through now my cab sits uneven. The other day I came across a MINT 95 Z71for dirt cheap. The exact same truck the only difference is that it has the stick transfer case. So I was wondering, would it be very hard to take the engine and transmission out of my 98 and dropping it into the 95? is it just a matter of taking it out and dropping it in? I would use absolutely everything from the 98 including the wiring harness. Or would i be better off just taking the cab and box off the 95 and putting it in my 98 and throwing in the 95 transfer case with the stick. how hard is it to change the cab? The cab swap would definately be easier seeing as how my 98 has a lift kit and 3/4 ton rear end and new 4l60e heavy duty tranny that would take forever to take out and put in the new truck. any help is appreciated
