i can figure out how to get the new brake vacuum fitting to fit were the old one came out is there more that needs to come out than i got?

Need a bit more info detail. Is that the fitting on the back of the intake, that the main, large vacuum hose connects to? If so, it just needs a piece of 5/8"(I think) hose from that fitting, to your brake booster.
i cant figure out how to get the new one on all i could get off was the piece on the left
I ordered a new fitting from the dealership. It was 5 bucks. There is a different one that fits on the back of the intake. Its smaller then that one. Dont try and pry that cap off thats on the back of the intake.Quote:

Here is a picture of a printout I got from the dealership. if you look at the back of the intake there is a different fitting, the one I was talking about that goes in the brake booster spot. Its part #4. If you wanna print it out and take it to the dealership im sure they could order it for you asap

I know of only one dealership out of the 15 ive been to that hasnt screwed up. The parts guy in my hometown always knows his sh1t and gets stuff right the first time. Everyone else is a bunch of R tardsQuote:
