i am running a stock 6.0 with stock 862s..i was thinking about running a 232/234 duration but can i go bigger?

What gear and stall?
Step 1. crus at it.
Step 2. get a hammer.
Step 3. torch it.

What lift? 615ish is prolly max lift and be safe
Slowest in Oklahoma...
well since my valve springs are only good for .600 lift thats as high as i can go..im looking for duration
