    LS3 cam instal on LM7 5.3

I'm installing an LS3 stock cam on my 5.3 and I have the LS2 timing cover with the cam sensor and the LS3 timing chain with single bolt cam gear and crank gear I know I need to extend the cam sensor harness to reach the front. I'm also installing the LS6 valve springs. I was wondering if there was anything else I would need and what gaskets I need to replace or are they reusable? Thanks

Why are you going with another stock cam and changing everything over to single bolt design....again for a stock cam??

For me it's just more money than it's worth. I dd my truck with my cam...224/230 .609/.604 117lsa. I drive 40+ miles each way to work. Just my .02. Not trying to be rude or anything just saying.

From a logical stand point, getting a good aftermarket cam is a much better option. However.........this intrigues me and I want to see you do this. just be sure to get the correct springs and push rods.

Oh no I'm not taking an offense to it lol Ive got my mind set on it just from a stand point of super low cost and just the fact of never seen anybody do it.
