Ok, So I finely got my new Borg Warner T6, S475 turbo and started mocking it up on my old turbo kit and decided it would be easier to just build a whole new set of hot pipe. This would let me build them bigger and place the turbo so it could blow strait into the supercharger and get rid of the a/a intercooler in between the turbo and blower. IAT's were never a problem with the old MPT76, so I don't think it will be a problem without it. The Eaten has a fairly large heat exchanger under the blower and with spraying meth in between the two compressors seems to work just fine. Here are some pics of the new setup.
Cold Side piping lol.
Hot Side piping
And I finally found a setup where the waste gate like this won't work.
I have built quite a few turbo kit with the WG in the cross ever and never had any problem with them. But it's not working in this setup.I have the softest spring you can put in the Synapse WG (should be about a 4 psi spring) and it still keeps on boosting. I've seen upwards of 18+ psi before I lifted and the blower is only pullyed to run about 7 psi, so the WG should be dumping everything over that. My thinking is that the hot side of the turbo is SO big (T6, 1.36 a/r, 96mm turbine wheel) That it only needs exhaust from one side of the motor to keep on building boost as everything from the drivers side is going though the WG and there is not enough back pressure to "back feed" the WG with exhaust from the passenger side. So, I think I'm gonna have to move the WG to up on the manifold just before the turbo so it can dump everything.
