    New guy from Vegas

What's up everyone, I recently found this forum and like what I see. I love all of the interesting custom build threads. My current swap project is a home built 5.3 transplanted into my 81 K5 Blazer. I have to say she gets it done and I've been having a Blast driving it. I threw up a few videos for your enjoyment, see you around!

What did you use from Vetteworks? Link? So is this what you used? 5.3 block, LS1 crank, 4.8 pistons, 143 LS1 connecting rods, and 862 heads. Is that still considered a 5.3, or an L33 cast iron short block with 862 heads? Hope it makes sense. Interesting set up.

I used the fuel tank ring for my in tank pump from vetteworks http://www.vetteworksonline.net/cata...products_id=89 yes that is the set up I used and it's the equivalent of an iron L33 with 862 heads.
