My 2nd question is: my engine is a 1998 Trans Am 5.7 liter LS1 w a single fuel rail...does anyone know if Corvette (plastic) Top covers/valve covers will fit on this engine and if so, which year models do I look for and do I have to make any modifications? Any recommendations on a vendor to pick these up from?? This engine is in my 1968 Chevy truck w a power brake booster. Does this pose any clearance issues w these valve covers? Thanks in advance for your advice!
Well...LS1 swap was a success, (NOW I NEED ADVICE). Question 1: I would love to hear everyone's opinion on which mufflers I should run on my 68 Chevy truck with a 5 speed standard with my true duel exhaust system without catalytic converters. I want it to be nice and loud outside when i HAMMER DOWN but i want to cruise and carry on a conversation while i go down' the highway. Price is a concern for me as this swap has drained Ft Knox of all play money. So lets hear it; LIKES & DISLIKES & WHY i should choose one over another. Flowmaster, Hooker, Summit, Thrush, Dynomax, Magnaflow, Borla, or a nice off brand, etc. THANKS!

I just found them Truck looks awesome man, I saw a tan one today about the same year, not sure what it had in it but it had rear tires that were about 14" wide. I love the wheels you have also, how much more you got to do to finish it?
