Looking for somebody to do LS swap in Colorado
Hello Everyone,
New member on here and first post. But I am coming up short in my search and decided that it was time to ask for help. I am looking for a shop or maybe even a mechanic to take on my swap. I have a 2000 Classic 2500 with the 5.7 / 4l80e combo that I would like to upgrade to the 6.0. I know the swap is pretty straight forward and would tackle it myself (if I had the time) but I am very short on time because of my job. I am active Army and currently stationed on Ft. Carson. My search locally for a shop to do the swap has come up empty. Anyone out there know somewhere that would be willing to complete the swap? I am willing to drive a good bit for the right facility. Also, I used to be an ASE Master Mechanic at a Chevrolet dealer prior to joining the Army, so I would be willing to provide any assistance I could (if wanted) to the shop/mechanic doing the work.
This is my daily driver and plan to keep the 6.0 more or less stock for the time being, so nothing to extreme. I have a decent budget for the build but there is a realistic cap.
If anyone knows someone or somewhere to tackle this swap please let me know.
Thank you in advance
Aaron

Conversion
I have a swapped 04 LS1. Current Performance in florida is the leading Colorado swap company. They know what PCM's will communicate with the BCM and sell the most compatible harnesses for conversions.
Talk to Jared.

Check out J&S Performance, they are off of 225 & I-70. They do great work. I've seen a few swaps they've done and they tuned my computer. Good people there. Talk to JR.
