87 chevy crew cab long bed - turbonated

Was - 1987 Chevy Crew cab, former Union Pacific fleet truck (the kind they drove on the tracks.)
    sbc 350/th400 14 bolt with 4.10 gears

picked it up for $900, with 78k miles on the clock, UP verified when they sold it in 08 it had 61k on it.

Is - 5.3 swapped with a Turbonetics 72mm / maintained factory hydroboost, added rear disc conversion. after removing the 600 pound rear bumper, the truck weighs in at just under 5k. in the middle of a fuel pump swap.

On old turbo it went 14.0 @102 on 6.5 lbs, have added new turbo, edelbrock proflo XT intake setup and a BBK 80mm tb i got for free. need to sort the fuel pump and take care of a yoke issue, tune it, and take it out for some real numbers.

    More pics to come.

The best advice I have ever heard:... Only take B( . Y . )ST advice from someone that is CURRENTLY running a turbo setup close to, or bigger than what you want......
