    Hydroboost intake fitting

Hello, I have a problem with the fitting in my intake manifold. My engine was originally set up for hydroboost, and my truck also has hydroboost, the problem is that the fiiting in the intake is broken, not the plug, but the actual fiiting that the plug fits in to. My local junkyard will only sell me a complete intake, also the one's I have seen in the junkyard, the fitting will spin, but it won't come out. Is it possible to remove it without breaking it. I don't want to try to remove one from an intake and break the intake and have to buy it. Also my local chevy dealership says it's only sold with the intake. Thanks for any help.

The fitting is replaceable. Keep searching on here and you'll find the part number. I've replaced one before. You might look in my "top secret" thread and see if the PN is in there.
