    24 or 58 tooth reluctor wheel

    to my understanding and reading on the internet, the 58 tooth wheels started to appear on the gen4 motors with the multi-cylinder displacement. and the crank sensor was moved from the top rear of the block(gen3 24 tooth) down to the front timing cover(gen4 58 tooth). is this correct?

    i know that the 99-04 crank sensor is the same and the 05-07 classic is the same, and the 07nbs and newer is different

    Pretty much so... but some gen IV motors cam with 24X, in 05-06 anyway

    actually thats the cam sensor you are referring too. The crank sensor is still in the same location on gen III and IV

    I knew what he meant, knock sensors changed also

    well i'm thinking about trucks motors only, i have to stop and think about what the cars come with.
