    Question about 6.0 out of '05 H2

I have the option to buy a 6.0 and 4l65e with 60K out of a 2005 H2 and was wondering a couple of things:

Is this engine the same as all of the other 6.0's that come out of the silverado's and sierra's?(325hp)

Is the 4l65e strong enough to handle the stock power and possibly more?(possible cam/ forced induction)

In your opinions, would this make a good doner for a 6.0 swap into my '98 tahoe w/ 5.7 vortec and 4l60e.

The motor and tranny come complete with harness, computer, all accesories, cats, o2 sensors, throttle pedal, and TCM. All for $2500. Does that sound like a good deal?

    Let me know.

I would find a 6.0L with an 80e. You've got a lot of mass and dreams of more power/torque. The 60e is marginal at best in stock form. The 80e will be a great transmission to start with and just a few more hard parts internally makes it virtually indestructible.

it's either an LQ4 or an LQ9... both 6 liter's... Lq4 is a lower compression version (9.5) LQ9 is higher (10.5 or something i think...) LQ9 are out of escalades... both can make BIG power lq4 is better for forced vs. n/a
    02 Sierra... motorless for now.
