1/8th mile strip here in East Texas

I know we east texas guys make up a small part of the group, but if your looking for a new track to check out, i've heard alot of talk about Cedar Creek 1/8th mile track about halfway between palestine and dallas.
heres the site url Cedar Creek Dragway - Home I've sent them a probe message to see if they are interested in getting the Truck crowd out there regularly. And i've never actually raced before, and i'de like to do it for the first time locally, in case of catastrophy, and the preverbial tow home.
If anyone is familiar with the place already, i'de like to here your input.

that track really sucks man...track prep is horrible...you will be better to drive just a little more to better track

Some call it 7-points.....seven points of suck from what I hear.

I saw a video somewhere of a blown GMT400 doing a massive 2 min burnout at that track. Other than that, +1 on the other's comments.
