2006 SIlverado blower motor not working!

I just got my turbo kit in the mail today and the blower decided to stop working kind of ironic, well anyway the blower is todally not working I tried everything it seems like these trucks have a blower relay down below by the blower that goes bad. I'm gonna take a look at it it after work. Do you guys have any ideas?

NORMALLY when the relay goes bad, you will lose certain speeds on the blower, not everything. See if you're getting power to the motor, if you are, it's the motor itself. If not, check fuses/relays...blower resistor is probably least likely cause.
blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum

use a test light to see if you are getting power or a multi meter to the motor. but like shifty said alot of times if the resistor goes you will loose all speeds or jsut some. if you auto ac feature they are prone for problems. could possibly be a head unit.

No need for fancy testing just pull the panel down and try to unplug the the blower module/resistor. Generally it will be melted and stuck together. You'll need to replace the plug (pigtail) and module/resistor.

there is a fuse under the hood that controls the #5 position, it is one of the big fuses.

Huh? No, not really. Name the fuse LOL

If 5 doesn't work when non worked before the connector is melted as stated above and you did not fix it.....and it's not a relay, it's a module with a relay and a resistor.

Huh, yes really. It is the green 40A, it only controls the #5 speed.
