With the license plate frame, you also get the license plate lights for free.. And shipping is +$20 on oversize items, IIRC.

I did a weld on steel roll pan from Suicide Doors with the hidden hitch:

wow, that has to be the flattest roll pan I've ever seen. Usually roll pans have a curve to them to mimic the factory lines.
