    Interior????

So over the years of changing stuff sainding and painting, my interior is getting rough, along with under the hood this damn thing is getting an overhaul, so should i just buy all new interior pieces which i can get for a pretty decent price and if i get all new pieces im not sanding or painting a damn thing, just leaving it charcoal, or should i do like the metal skin on the door panel and such my door panels really need to be replaced, i could mount all the switches into the door panel if i did the metal panels. so if i use metal what kind should i use, thickness, or does anyone know of aftermarket metal panel that are already made, i am 100% serious about this im tired of wires everywhere and crap falling off, windows not working properly, it is time to get this bitch back on track. Being laid up has givin me to much time to think about all the small issues much less the big ones

Not like interior panels are that heavy, just replace them. A couple pounds isn't worth all the work into making nice aluminum stuff.

Too bad there's no one around who can roll edges. If there was, you could have a metal dash and doors done.

I work with metal everyday. It'll take some decent $ to get a set that looks good, as compared to perfect factory door panels.

The doors are so oddly shaped, it's not like on a 70 model where a metal panel works out pretty good. I would just go with a factory panel. Plus your truck is an 03+ right? Do you have the factory power windows with the BCMs in the door? They would be difficult to use with anything other than stock.

Metal panels would be pretty cool if done right, but it sounds like you may be opening a can of worms, G. Plus, those factory panels would be so much cheaper

Sounds like a little too much effort/money/time investment stick with the factory for simplicity's sake and spend the time and money else where........ like trying to go faster got anymore?

want to get cut up really bad? Get into a wreck in a vehicle with an aluminum or no dash cover.
