Question Chrome or Black? I just cant decide!

Hey guys ive been getting the truck fixed up and making some changes to for this years car craft summer nationals. ive got 17" chrome coys wheels right now that just dont look as good as they used to. the chrome is kinda faded and hazy looking and flaking of on the outer lips. so i was thinking about it and thought maybe for a temporary fix i should just sandblast and powdercoat them black. atleast till i can afford new wheels. so tell me what you think looks better?

If your stripes are black i'd say black rims, If not go with the chrome. i think that to many different colors would look like sh-t , in the pic your stripes look blue to me ( red bowtie, chrome grille, white truck).

Normally I would say black on white but for some reason that truck looks sick with chrome.

Yeah the stripes are black and they are on the hood and tailgate, headlights and parking lights are black, tail lights are black, and tint is 5% all around so theres a lot of black. and the wheels are true chrome but the chrome is chipping in some places. I love the look with the black wheels but i dont think i can get myself to sandblast these wheels. i might just deal with them till i get new ones.
