HD hood bolts right up. 03 Silvy front is a little more involved, you have to replace the front bumper mounts and I think make some further adjustments for it to fit right. The escalade tails should fit but I think they have a piece on the sides to match up with the escalade body cladding that may stick out like a sore thumb on the tahoe.
