Has anyone tried the new clear paint that makes it impossible to photograph your license plate? I saw an ad for it in HOTROD magazine and wonder if it truly worked. The main purpose for it is for photo radar but can also be used in still photos and toll tag booths. It supposedly sends a double flash back to the camera which ruins the license plate photo.
