06 Billet Grille (sierra) on 02 Silverado

I have a Grille made for a sierra that came off an 06, ive something similar be installed in the same year truck as mine does any one have any ideas or opinions about this?
i hold the grille up to it and it looks like it would fit perfect if i just cut the middle part of my grille out and used brackets to hold the grille

if you know of any detailed instructions on how this could be done it would be much apreciated
    thanks

Well, the picture you are showing us is of a 99-02 Chevy grille. It is an aftermarket piece that looks like this. You would need to buy this grille I showed and get a billet insert for it. The 06 GMC Sierra grille and this aftermarket piece are two completely different things. If you wanted to go through the trouble of making it fit, then I guess you could cut out the black plastic of the grille mouth and then fabricate some kind of brackets to make the billet insert to fit. Since the openings will not be exact, you may have to trim the horizontal billet grille slats or "teeth" to make it all fit correctly... Hope this helps...
