Its not just the cover bumper make sure you just don't get it from ebay cause thats all they are, you need the bumper then the cover and it should bolt right up, you can use your stock headlights but you'll need the corner lamps.

With your truck being a 2000 the bumper will bolt up to the existing frame brackets and side braces. AS JJ said you will need the bumper and cover.
In addition to the bumper, bumper cover, grill, and side markers. There are also these parts=
Bumper insert that goes in the lower opening PN#15153490 ( optional )
Retainers PN# 14093088 7ea. PN# 15149708 12ea.
Upper bumper filler PN# 88937235 ( optional )
Plus the fog lights, which are specific for the C3/Sierra Denali. Don't use the 2003 and up Sierra fog lights, they are bigger than the C3/Sierra Denali fog lights.
