Hey guys glad to be here im new to this and so is my 00 silverado 5.3. I crossed over from 99f150 to chevy guy. I married into a chevy family so it was easy to switch. Anyways i need some fast easy ideas for my 5.3. I do work for a salvage yard so thats easy. Ive heard u can put id 411 ecm in 2000 5.3, o3 in up tails lamps also. any other ideas?

Almost same situation here, except chevy-bred. I'm currently robbing e-fans and a 34" radiator off an 05 truck. For 03+ tails, snatch the harnesses too, they plug in right under the back of the bed. I find the little goodies like tranny coolers are common. Glad to see someone cross over to the good guys too.
