Im in the process of changing my front door speakers, and I thought I would be slick and just pull the grill off, and now when I put it back in its not in there tight. When I pull the panel off can i just bend the clips back or do I need to get a replacement?

Uh...pulling the grille off was not the way to go...I would try doing exactly like you said...Take off the panel and try to bend the clips so the grille is nice and tight on the panel...and there isn't a thing on this Earth that a little duct tape won't fix....hehehe Southern Engineering at its greatest!

i made the same mistake once out of bordom, if you take the panel off the door just pull the speaker grill back in tight and bend the tab back over like it come from the factory and you should be golden
